Biography of Kristen Graves
Kristen Graves has been writing and performing her own compositions for four years. As an acoustic singer/songwriter she has toured both regionally and nationally for the past three years. She has written, recorded, and produced two albums, and has independently sold nearly 2,000 copies.
Kristen began Classical piano lessons at age 6, studying and developing her talent until she received a B.A. in music from St. Olaf College. It is at St. Olaf that Kristen learned to play the guitar and also developed her vocal talent by participating in the choral program as well as studying with both Tony Holt and Janis Hardy.
Through passionate vocals, prolific poetry, and stunning instrumental work, Kristen has developed a musical style uniquely her own.
